  • What is your return policy?
    To return an item, email us at evolveclothinggallery@gmail.com for authorization. Returns must be received within 10 days of receiving your order for online credit only. Items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached and in original packaging. Damaged, worn, or altered items may not be accepted. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Select items, including those bought with online credit, special releases, headwear, jewelry, and eyewear, are not eligible for return. Sale items are final sale. For footwear returns, protect the box with outer packaging. All returns must include the invoice. We reserve the right to refuse returns at any time. Canceled orders are subject to a restocking fee. Store staff cannot assist with online orders; contact customer service at evolveclothinggallery@gmail.com.
  • Can I change my shipping address?
    If your order is being shipped to the wrong address, please contact us immediately at evolveclothinggallery@gmail.com.
  • Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?
    You can only ship to an address that differs from your billing address if you select PayPal as your payment method at checkout. All other payment methods require us to ship to your billing address.
  • Can I place an order online and pick up in store?
    Yes, please select the pickup in store option in the checkout process. You will receive an email as soon as it's ready to be picked up.
  • Do you offer price matching?
    No, we do not offer price matching or adjustments on past purchases. We reserve the right to correct pricing and descriptions and to cancel orders based on incorrect information.
  • Can I modify my order after placing it?
    Once an order is placed, we cannot make changes or adjustments. Please contact us at evolveclothinggallery@gmail.com as soon as possible.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    All orders received are processed immediately. Once an order is placed, it can not be canceled. Please email evolveclothinggallery@gmail.com with any questions Please note that store staff will be unable to assist with online orders.   • What shipping methods are available?
    We use UPS Ground for shipping most of our orders. Please note due the the value of your order, a signature may be required upon delivery. UPS 3 day shipping is available for an extra charge. We do offer free shipping on most orders $200.00 and over (not including the added shipping charge) excluding special release items.
  • Why was my order cancelled?
    Orders can be cancelled due to multiple issues. We may not have been able to verify payment or shipping details. You are welcome to place the order again using a different verified payment method. An order may also be cancelled when items in your order are unavailable. If such a cancellation occurs under these terms a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • When will my order ship?
    All Continental U.S. orders placed Monday – Friday are subject to a 24 - 48 hour processing time. An email notification will be sent to the email on your order with order confirmation and a tracking delivery number to track your order delivery date. If an order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, it will ship out the following Monday (excluding Holidays). Currently we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or International.
  • Are your sneakers in men's or women's sizes?
    All our sneakers are in men's sizes unless stated otherwise in the product description.
